Hugo's life is not easy, he is a very lonely boy and his mother is forced to move away from him, but he has the support and protection of a respected old man: Arnau Estanyol.。本作でジェシーが演じるのは政治家の息子・利根川豪太。「父親の言いなりになって政治家になるのは嫌だ」と思っていた豪太は、ひょんなことからお笑い養成所に入学し、プロの芸人を目指すことになる。。本作は江ノ島・湘南を舞台に据えた、完全オリジナル脚本のペット探偵映画。人生何もかもがうまくいかない青年がひょんなことからペット探偵見習いとなり、心に傷を持つ少年との交流を通して新たな人生を見つけ出していくさまが描かれる。。
