本剧改编自内田春菊的漫画，将原作中的男女主身份逆转，讲述了千代美和南是从小像兄妹一样生活着的青梅竹马，然而有天，千代美喜欢同时憧憬的恋人南，突然变成了15厘米的手掌大小——陷入了意想不到的事态的两人，今后会谱写出怎样的爱情故事呢…。“Escort Boys” is loosely based on the Israeli series “Johnny and the Knights of the Galilee,” produced by YES Studios, and by created by Dani Rosenberg and Tom Shoval. It follows four young men, driven by their respective troubles and torment, who decide to sell their bodies for sex.。
